COVID-19 Office Procedures

During these recent times our concerns related to COVID-19 (coronavirus) has created significant public attention and changes to our office & appointment guidelines as prescribed by our country’s health officials such as the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) and the WHO (World Health Organization). Title and settlement companies across the nation have developed protocols to ensure your health and safety during this time of uncertainty.Below are procedures currently implemented for the health and safety of our associates, clients, and team members.
PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
Clients are asked (prior to confirmation of any in-person appointment) to verify they are not currently experiencing symptoms of illness and have not been in contact with anyone recently experiencing symptoms.
BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
In compliance with all current local and national requirements, all visitation is by confirmed appointment only.
PRE / POST CLOSING DISINFECTING Before and after each appointment, our office team members will wipe down chair(s), table(s), and door handle(s) with disinfecting wipes or other alternative disinfecting solution(s).
CLOSING TABLE ITEMS
Pens, papers, reading magnifying glasses and other items normally found on the closing table are removed for your health and safety. New disposable pens will be distributed to each participant and will not be reused.
LOBBY ITEMS
All reading materials, ceramic mugs and other re-usable items have been removed for your health & protection
HAND SANITIZER
Hand sanitizer is provided in each closing room/area. If none is available, ask the office manager to provide you some.All employees and visitors will be asked to wash their hands before and after each encounter.
CHILDREN’S PLAY AREAS
Children’s play areas have been removed at this time.No children are allowed to be in the office. Please ensure that only those deemed“essential” are attending the appointment .
GENERAL CLEANING
All cleaning personnel are using appropriate disinfecting cleaning solution(s) for after-hour services.
WORKFORCE DISPERSION
We have deployed workable solutions allowing our employees to work from remote locations when possible while continuing to provide great service.
SOCIAL DISTANCING
When possible, we ask that everyone stay approximately six feet from other individuals.
